Ingredienti

  • sugar
  • oil (canola or safflower)
  • pumpkin
  • eggs
  • flour
  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • salt
  • Ground Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • milk
  • dried cranberries (or raisins)
  • chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Spray loaf pans (2 large or 5 small) with Pam or oil
  3. MIX SUGAR, OIL AND PUMPKIN BY HAND OR MIXER.
  4. BEAT IN EGGS, ONE AT A TIME
  5. SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
  6. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS TO PUMPKIN MIXTURE ALTERNATELY WITH MILK
  7. BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 1 ¼ HOURS (check at one hour if using small pans). Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Freezes well
  8. ADD FRUIT AND NUTS TO BATTER
