  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 2 cups cheese (grated cheddar or longhorn)
  • 1 cup cubed ham


  1. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Layer bread, ham and cheese alternately in bottom of shallow dish. Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
