Ployes are one of our signature breakfast dishes. They are French-Acadian pancakes. Produced in Fort Kent, Maine, ploye flour is finely milled buckwheat to which you simply add water as directed. Drop by small spoonfuls onto a hot skillet and sprinkle with Wilbur Chocolate's cinnamon drops and/or chocolate drops. Serve with powdered sugar and real maple syrup. The finished "crepe" is light, fluffy, and simply delicious!
