  • 1-32 ounce bag of Tater Tots-baked as directed and shredded
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups corn flakes-crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons butter-melted


  1. Mix ingredients for casserole. Spray casserole pan. Spread potato mixture into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Toss corn flakes with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
  3. Cool. Scoop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper using cookie/ice cream scoop.
  4. Makes 28 "scoops".

Additional Tips

These can be frozen and used as needed. Simply thaw and reheat in microwave.
