1/2 cup dried fruit (cherries, blueberries, raisins, chocolate chips)
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
Mix the dry ingredients well. Add the dried fruit or chocolate chips. Make a well in the center and add cream mixing gently with a fork. Add more cream as needed. Scoop 10 scones onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 14 - 16 minutes. Serve with jam.
