Stuffed French Toast ala Barbara

  • 1 1/2 loafs of cinnamin raisin bread cubed
  • 1/2 light cream cheese cubed
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple light syrup
  • 1 dozen eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vanila


  1. spray rectangle pan with pan take cubed bread and spread for one layer
  2. add 1/2 of cubed cream cheese add 1/2 of canned pineapple
  3. continue for two more layers
  4. mix, eggs, vanilla and milk pour over bread mixture cover with foil and place in refrigerator over night
  5. next morning pre heat oven 350 bake for 30 minutes covered bake for 30 minutes uncovered slice into 10 slices garnish with fresh strawberry, fresh whipped cream and drizzle chocalate over all. Enjoy We take all the calories and place them in the backyard!!!
