Ingredienti

  • 500 gr flour
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 200 gr butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 yeast
  • 1 lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine sugar and butter with hands amalgamating.
  2. add eggs and lemon.
  3. add than flour and yeast.
  4. let stand for 10 minute.
  5. extend the mixture in a baking tin, put some jam. decorate with strips of mixture. Bake to 180° for 30 minute
