Tropical Fruit Salsa

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Ripe, Firm Mango
  • 1 cup Fresh Ripe, Firm Papaya
  • 1 Fresh Kiwifruit
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • Zest from 1 lime
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Fresh Jalapeno - Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Salt to taste


  1. Set aside papaya. Peel and chop Pineapple, Mango, Kiwi & Cilantro and place in a bowl. Fruit should be chopped relatively finely for salsa consistency.
  2. Remove seeds from Jalapeno (Leave for a hotter spice) and chop finely. Chop onion finely, rinse with water to reduce impact of flavour if desired. Add to Fruit mixture
  3. Zest lime into fruit mixture and then add lime juice and orange juice. Stir mixture to blend. Add salt to taste.
  4. Just before serving chop papaya and add.
