  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Cream
  • Butter
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Pepper


  1. We use farm fresh sausage. Brown sausage in skillet. While cooking, add black pepper and garlic salt.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Stir in 2 1/2 cups liquid (1/2 cup of milk and 2 cups cream).
  4. Let mixture thicken. Thin with milk or cream if becomes too thick.
  5. Add more salt, pepper to taste. Add a dash of cayenne pepper.
