We stayed 4 nights at the Hacienda and loved every minute of it! Anyone looking for the real Arizona - away from the strip malls and chain restaurants - should consider staying at the Hacienda Corona. It has both class and comfort and is excellent in every way: the food, the decor, the towels and bedding, the ambience, the desert views, the hospitality. It renewed our faith in the possibility of luxury in a home away from home. The three generations of women in charge ministered to our every need, became our friends, and left us in peace when we needed it. It was stunning!

The Hacienda Corona at the Guevavi Ranch is full of history and beautifully renovated. The decor is tastefully done with all five rooms different to meet the diverse needs of their guests. My husband and I stayed four nights in the room called La Patrona - the largest room (we splurged for our anniversary) with a wood burning fireplace, terrific view, and large, well appointed bath room. The breakfast menu was different each morning and very good - I cleaned my plate each morning. The family that owns and runs the Hacieda Corona are very helpful with suggestions for excursions - you will be treated like a special guest - everybody that visits probably leaves feeling like they are a favorite guest - I know we did.

We have stayed here many times. Always a treat. Wendy and Phil are the best hosts. Food is superb. You really feel like your on a ranch. It is worth the drive and experience.

You will be very pleased! We stopped in to just visit, had car problems; but, were treated like dignitaries. Phil and Wendy are perfect hosts. It is luxury at its best and historic from the Corona murals to John Wayne's room. Wayne was friends with the former owners and relaxed there many times. We look forward to a stay of pure enjoyment.

My Wife and I did not know what to expect when selecting this B&B, but the experience exceeded our expectations. We stayed in The Duke room (I am a big John Wayne fan) and it was beautifully done and Phil and Wendy were very gracious hosts. We will be going back again.

Step back in time to the Old West, home to huge cattle ranches often visited by John Wayne. Wonderful rooms and food. Truly beautiful!

We stayed at this B&B last year and were very pleased with our stay. Wendy & Phil are iwonderful inn keepers and made us feel right at home. There is much to do ... a beautiful swimming pool, lots of little nooks where you can sit and relax, a fabulous library with many unique and interesting items, a well stocked music room, watching the sunsets was breathtaking, and, my favorite thing ... RELAXING. Phil cooked our breakfast and it was great. After breakfast, he took us on a tour of the property where we saw the chickens in the courtyard and the horses at the stables. We had an incredible visit and hope to be able to return sometime.

A Friday to Sunday "Valentine Weekend" in picturesque but not touristy southern Arizona proved magical, from the total charm of the property to the creature comforts to the decor (it's what you would do yourself if you had the time, not to mention the talent.) Food included nice little snacks with wine at the 5-7+ hour, and the breakfasts were piping hot, featuring interesting dishes, and lovely fresh fruit. We have stayed at many b and b's, both here and abroad, none was nicer than Hacienda Corona de Guevavi.

A wonderful find through sheer luck, truly serendipitous. Conveniently close to Nogales, but an oasis of peace. We loved our room, La Patrona, with its enormous, comfortable bed, super sized bathroom/spa, and view across the valley. The service was warm and welcoming, breakfast was delicious, while the lovingly restored building is a work of art in itself. We hiked, visited the galleries in Tubac and explored the wine country beyond Patagonia, all within easy reach; watched blue herons and flocks of cardinals from our terrace. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Calling this a B&B does not do justice to the lovely blend of old and new Mexican/Southwestern architecture and ambiance. Hacienda Corona attracts repeat visitors from all over Arizona and the rest of the world. We (Tucsonians) go there to get away, relax, enjoy the food and grounds and the friendly hosts. Their musical weekends are so much fun, and we've met friends and new friends from all over. You can also ride, swim, visit Mexico or just vegetate.
