We like to find special B and Bs when we are traveling and stopping for a night. This inn is particularly beautiful and filled with history. It was impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful with all our questions. Also, many celebrities have stayed and their pictures are in the hallway.

Wonderful stay. I could feel the history sitting on the front porch in the evening on a hot summer night staring up at the columns and evening sky and imagining someone else doing the exact same thing a hundred and fifty years ago.

The Inn is located on a street filled with many amazing antebellum mansions and so it is easy, as you sip a libation on the spacious front porch, to imagine yourself enjoying a more leisurely, less stressful world. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet with the modern amenities, wi-fi, television etc. that will provide a soupçon of reality if needed. I recommend that you just let the Inn transport you to that simpler time and enjoy the ride.
