Pumpkin Panna Cotta

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Cold Water
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Mini Chocolate Chips


  1. Put cold water in a large bowl. (All of the mixture will be poured into this bowl after heating.) Sprinkle gelatin over the surface of the water. Set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat cream and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Do NOT boil! Remove from heat and stir pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk. (This whole process is less than 8 minutes.)
  3. Pour pumpkin mixture over gelatin in bowl. Mix until gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Pour into 16 serving bowls or ramekins. Refrigerate until cooled and completely set. About 2 hours.
  5. Serve topped with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
