Creamy Baked Peaches

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Organic white wine
  • Organic vanilla extract
  • Organic brown sugar, packed
  • Organic whipped cream, for serving

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and halve peaches; be sure to toss pits into your compost bin! Scrape clean each peach cavity with a teaspoon, the transfer all eight peaches into small baking dish with cavities facing upward to fill.
  2. Place 1/2 Tablespoon Organic salted butter in each peach half cavity. Mix Organic heavy cream, white wine and Organic vanilla, drizzle equally over each peach half. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Organic brown sugar over each peach. Sprinkle all peaches lightly with Organic cinnamon.
  3. Serve two peach halves in a small bowl with cream sauce, garnishing with a healthy dollop of Organic whipped cream.
  4. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until peaches are tender and the rich cream sauce is bubbling in the baking dish!
