  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Organic unsalted butter, softened
  • Organic pistachios, toasted and chopped
  • Organic chives, chopped


  1. In medium mixing bowl, crush garlic and sea salt to paste. Add cheese, butter, pistachios, chives, sea salt and sepper. Beat until smooth.
  2. Spread into serving dish. Chill covered until 30 minutes before serving time. Best made the day before to allow flavors to mellow.
  3. Serve at room temperature with toasted French bread slices or assorted crackers.
