-Mix butter milk, oil, and eggs. Add dry ingredients (baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour) and blend.
-Pour approx. 1/3 cup for each pancake.
-On a preheated griddle, fry pancakes. (medium heat)
-When bubbles appear, flip over and fry the other side of the pancake.
Cream Cheese Topping Directions:
-Softened cream cheese and butter and mix well in a sauce pan.
-Add milk, vanilla, and sugar.
-Heat in double boiler until completely mixed.
(add extra cream cheese and/or milk to make a smooth consistency)
-Layer pancakes between fresh strawberries and blueberries (or fruit of choice).
-Drizzle with softened cream cheese
-Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg for presentation.
