  • 2 cups Self Rising Flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Extract


  1. Measure flour into large bowl and make a well in the center of the flour.
  2. In a clear liquid measuring cup, put in sugar & extract then stir well to combine.
  3. Pour heavy cream into the sugar mix up to 1 1/4 line on the measuring cup. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour cream mix into flour well- scraping out remaining sugar.Begin stiring from the outside edge of the bowl allowing flour to fall into liquid. Stir in one direction until dough is formed.
  5. Kneed into ball and turn out onto lightly floured surface. Flatten dough to 1/2 thick and cut out biscuits. Place on lightly greased pan. Rub top of biscuits with light coating of water to remove excess flour. Bake in 425 oven till tops are lightly brown. Appx: 20 min.
