Canteloupe/Cucumber Quickie

  • 1 Canteloupe
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime zest


  1. Peel and slice bite size pieces of the cucumber and canteloupe that will fit on a toothpick
  2. Sprinkle both with the sea salt, ground pepper and lime zest.
  3. Place one piece of cucumber and canteloupe on a toothpick and place on serving platter.
  4. May refrigerate until ready to serve.
