Ingredienti

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Maple Extract
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Mix

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine flour and sugar (reserve 1/4 cup of sugar first)
  3. Cut in Butter. Add soda and salt. Mix well.
  4. Blen in egg, milk and maple extract. Mix on low to form dough.
  5. Stir in pecans. Combine reserved sugar and cocoa mix. Shape dough into balls. roll in choco-sugar mixture. Bake at 375 for 9 min. Be careful to not over bake!
