A group of us stayed at the Wilder Farm Inn over New Years and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were very clean, which is most important to me. The beds were comfortable. Ryan and Rebecca went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout the duration of our stay.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. We loved sitting in front of the fire reading and playing games. We went snowshoeing just across the road on the Mad River Path.

Ryan and Rebecca were outstanding hosts for our New Year’s Eve ski trip. We were close to both mad river glen and sugarbush. Breakfast was quick and got us in he road early. THe beds were comfortable and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. We hope to make it to the valley again soon and would stay at the wilder farm inn.

What a cozy Vermont winter experience, with friendly hosts Ryan and Rebecca, a roaring fire, ability to snowshoe the river trail just across the road, and yummy breakfasts each morning. Highly recommended.

Wilder Farm Inn was a great place to stay for the weekend. Ryan and Rebecca were helpful and friendly, and the room was exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but everything else was very good.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Wilder Farm Inn. We chose the Heritage room. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We had plenty of room to move around and for our luggage, etc. A private bath is assigned for each individual room. Although the bath is not attached to the room, it is a short walk down the hallway. The owners thought of everything by providing white terry cloth robes for their guests. Ryan prepared a wonderful 'farm to table' breakfast every morning. We enjoyed fresh eggs, greens, locally made yogurt, home made jam and delicious juice and coffee. The rooms do not have TVs in them, but there is one in the common area if you'd like to watch it. We did not miss having a TV at all! In fact, it was nice to just enjoy the quiet. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We were in Waitsfield for a wedding and opted to stay at Wilder Farm. Could not have been happier with our choice! Service was wonderful, breakfast delicious, and the location was great!

This is such a charming old farmhouse in Vermont, and just what we envisioned for our first visit to the area. Luke and Linda are wonderful hosts, terrific cooks, and make you feel completely at home with them. Make sure to get their recommendations on scenic drives, places to eat and things to do - they know their stuff. And a special thank you to Luke for such an enjoyable lesson in his artistry! ~Chessie & Mark Little

Fantastic B&B with great rooms. The breakfast is outstanding.
Rich fabrics and a hand-painted floor add to the elegant ambiance of this room. Romantic relaxation at its best. The Robin Room offers a king-size bed nestled beneath exposed beams along with beautiful cherry-wood furnishings and a private, interior bath.
Get that "boutique hotel" feel with that quintessential Vermont atmosphere. With a stately queen size bed, harlequin patterns and luxurious fabrics, the Cattail Room will give you the best of both worlds; including the comfort and convenience of a private, interior bathroom.
Still with its vintage elegance and shabby chic touches, the River Room has been slightly redecorated with a more modern touch. With hues of calming blues & greens, antique pieces, a handmade queen-size bed - you will certainly feel relaxed and at ease. Light, airy and uncluttered, this room has a private interior bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower.
This room features oversized fabric wall panels, luxurious bedding, large vaulted ceiling, queen-size cherry wood sleigh bed and those special little details that will surely make you feel like royalty. If you are traveling with family or friends, the sofa opens to a queen size bed topped with a very comfy memory foam mattress. Well behaved children age 10 & older are welcome.
In addition to the cool tone and overstuffed modern comforters, we've funked up this room a bit with an oversized black & white checkerboard painted floor. It's the perfect blend of updated touch meets old-time farmhouse feel. A queen-size bed and (2) twin-size beds makes this large room perfect for families or traveling buddies. Well behaved children age 10 & older are welcome.
Step into our lush, chocolatey brown Country Life Room and feel the relaxation flow through your body. The contemporary, high-end fabrics with pops of burnt orange and turquoise give this room a decidedly upscale feel. A handmade platform queen bed with built-in end tables and original wide pine plank flooring provide a great balance of both old & new. This lovely decor extends into the large private, interior bath.
Although our ocean blue walls still remain, we have added bold colors and patterns to this lovely room. Our handmade queen-size bed is toppped with a vibrant, colorful stuffed duvet that is complimented by painted furniture and accessories.
With vibrant, modern walls of green, a queen-size 1920's vintage bed and original wide-plank flooring, we bring together the best of both worlds. For those of you who want to travel with family/friends - but not necessarily sleep with them - we have an additional room right next door. This cottage-style room with handmade shutter headboards, a cheery reading alcove and wide-plank painted flooring has one full-size bed and one twin-size bed. Well behaved children age 10 & older are welcome.
